Let’s give a big Bobcat welcome to our new principal - Mrs. Knight!

Mrs. Lori Knight brings more than 30 years of experience in education, including 19 years with Bentonville Schools. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for students and families, playing an instrumental role in building the Excellent Beginnings district staff early childhood program at RE Baker. She now serves as the principal of RE Baker Elementary, where her passion for education and student success continues to shine.

Lori and her husband, Kevin, are proud parents of two Bentonville Schools graduates, Kyle (and his wife, Taya) and Chloe, and are delighted to be grandparents to their grandson, Lawson. Known for her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for others, Mrs. Knight has a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her positive spirit and unwavering dedication make her an inspiring leader, and the RE Baker community is excited to welcome her as its principal.
