To say we were impressed is an understatement! We spent time this week with the students at Ignitecaps, a program for 11th and 12th grade students to gain valuable work-based learning experience, industry-valued credentials, and high-quality classroom instruction across ten different career areas:

The program’s commitment to providing inspiring learning is undeniable. These students are passionate, inquisitive, and mature beyond their years (seriously, we would forget they were high schoolers throughout our visit!).

It is incredible to see how our community, Bentonville, Arkansas, has been able to uplift our students and provide them with hands on tools and real life experience to get closer to their dreams and decide which career path ignites passion within them before hitting the real world (don’t we all wish we had this in high school?!).

Big wings, big progress! Aviation students are turning parts and plans into the real thing. Every rivet, every detail brings them closer to takeoff!

Global Business students went head-to-head in their annual Walmart v. Amazon debate, bringing data, strategy and sharp insights to the table. Amazon team said 📈 Walmart team said 💪🏼 and judges were all like 👀 Congratulations on a successful first project!
