🌟 Shoutout to Our Amazing Instructional Assistants! 🌟

We truly couldn’t do what we do without this incredible group! ❤️

Our instructional assistants are the definition of “whatever it takes!” They work closely with students to provide extra support and personalized instruction, jump in to help teachers prepare materials, lend a hand with duties all across the building, and somehow always seem to be exactly where they’re needed.

But what makes them extra special is the FUN they bring along with all that hard work! 🎉 They love our kids, support our teachers, and are always willing to jump in and do whatever needs to be done to make Elm Tree the best place it can be.

They may be called assistants, but they are an absolutely essential part of our team! 🐾❤️

We are so thankful for this fun, flexible, hardworking, kid-loving crew! Give our instructional assistants some love! 👏✨

There is no wasting time in 4th grade—these teachers know how to make every minute count ❤️

Walk into their classrooms and you’ll see learning happening everywhere! One minute students are collaborating and sharing ideas, the next they’re digging into their own work and showing what they know. 💡✏️

They’re talking. They’re thinking. They’re creating. They’re problem-solving. And most importantly… they’re having FUN while they learn! 🤩

We love seeing classrooms full of busy brains, big smiles, and students who are ALL IN! ⭐️

Elm Tree truly has the BEST staff around! ❤️🐾

This crew brings the FUN, the energy, the laughter, and—most importantly—a whole lot of LOVE for kids. Every single day, they show up ready to encourage, teach, support, cheer on, and do whatever it takes to make Elm Tree an amazing place for our Wildcats.

They work hard. They laugh hard. They love BIG. And they are always asking, “What’s best for kids?” ❤️

✨Meet Our Fabulous 1st Grade Team! ✨

First grade is where our littles start spreading their wings—and we have THE BEST team to help them do it! 🥰📚

Ms. Gore, Ms. Elliott, Ms. Grimm, and Ms. Brantley bring the perfect mix of love, laughter, learning, and a whole lot of excitement to their classrooms! They know how to encourage those first graders to become a little more independent while making sure they always feel supported, celebrated, and loved. ❤️

And these four? They work together like a true team! 🤝 They cheer each other on, have fun together, and bring that same energy to our Wildcats every single day.

We are so lucky to have this amazing crew helping our first graders learn, grow, and become confident little learners! 🐾❤️

Ever wonder how we kick off the day at Elm Tree? We start with something pretty special! ❤️

Every class has a Morning Meeting—think corporate meeting, but WAY more fun! 😄

Our Wildcats take a few minutes to:
✨ Celebrate the good things from yesterday
🎯 Set goals and intentions for the day ahead
💛 “Wish Well” the friends who are absent
🌟 Share special things they appreciate about one another
😊 Start the day by focusing on the GOOD and so much more!

It’s a simple but powerful way to build connection, encourage kindness, celebrate each other, and get everyone ready to have a great day.

The celebrations continue! What a sweet afternoon at Elm Tree! 🎓🐾

Today, we celebrated our kindergarten students and all they have accomplished during their very first year of "big" school. From learning letters and numbers to making new friends and growing in confidence, these little Wildcats have come so far!

We are so proud of all their hard work and cannot wait to see them continue to shine as they head into 1st grade next year. Congratulations, kindergarteners — the future is bright! ❤️
