The NWACC Art Department has four full-time faculty and nine associate faculty teaching a variety of art studio courses in drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, and printmaking as well as art appreciation and art history lecture courses. Our Graphic Design department offers computer-based graphic design, graphic illustration, darkroom and digital photography, web design, and video production/edi

ting courses. Students can work toward an AAS in Graphic Design and/or can get a Certificate of Proficiency in Graphic Design and/or a Technical Certificate in Graphic Design. Graphic Design students take many fine art courses toward their degrees or certificates in Graphic Design. Here's your chance to help out the NWACC Art Club with a worthy project on ! You can contribute between Noon on December 2 and Noon on December 3! Don't hesitate! Help the NWACC Art Club make a difference! :)

Description of the project: The Art Club, open to all students on campus, is launching the Art Cart Fund to bring creativity on wheels to NWACC! This initiative seeks to raise funds to purchase a mobile cart stocked with essential art supplies—paints, brushes, sketchpads, sculpting tools, and more. The cart will support club projects, pop-up workshops, and spontaneous creative moments across campus. Help us make art accessible, visible, and shared—one cartful at a time.

The NWACC Spring Arts and Culture Festival's Art & Graphic Design Faculty Exhibition will run from March 3 - 27 with an Opening reception, hosted by the Art Club, on Tuesday, March 4 from 3 - 5pm in the Integrated Design Lab's hallway and conference room. If you can only come by after the formal reception that evening, the building is open for classes, and you are welcome to come by at that time or throughout the month of March.
