Wait, is it summer already?! 🕰️🏃‍♂️ The end of the year was an absolute blur of epic art projects, celebrations, and lots of laughs.

A very special congratulations to Corbin Hopper for being selected to receive the 35th Will Alpe Outstanding Student Award. The Alpe family honors the Memory of Will Aple by presenting this award to an outstanding student nominated by their teachers. Way to go Corbin!

We are so incredibly proud of all our students and their hard work this school year — See you in the fall! Good luck to our Knights who are moving onto 7th grade! We know you will do amazing things! 🏫

Great job to our 25-26 Battle of the Books teams! They represented us well at the district competition this past week and showed off all that they knew about this year's books!

We traded the armor for garden gloves and headed out to the school garden. The sheer pride of holding up a misshapen carrot like it’s a gold medal? That’s the good stuff. We’ve officially proven that Knights are just as good at cultivating the land as they are at defending it!

Thank you OHMS PTO for the amazing Teacher Appreciation Week! The week was full of goodies – sodas, tacos, pasta, popcorn, and more! We are so thankful for out outstanding parents who take the time to donate, set up and serve Old High all year long.

Painting a picture of Mrs. Lyons is like trying to catch a rainbow—there’s just so much to admire! If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting her, you know exactly why. She’s a bold, caring, and genuine whirlwind of joy, spreading her contagious smile like confetti. She lifts everyone up, making us all feel like rock stars. To celebrate our fabulous principal, students and teachers scribbled down all the amazing things they adore about her, and we turned the hallway into a glowing tribute of positivity!

We couldn't be more grateful to have the BEST school nurse here at Old High Middle School!
