Interesting timing… Ps 121 - my very first prayer after the nervous system shock event, when I woke up with a tremoring body, and feeling like I was going to die in early March 2023 was “God, please keep me alive!”… I intuitively knew this would be a “walk out process”… I had no idea I would still be walking it out nearly 3 years later & how difficult the terrain would be as I journeyed. As terrible as this journey has been, He has been my protector and sustainer; holding me up with his righteous right hand & has not allowed my foot to slip. Where is my help come from? My help comes from the Lord maker of heaven and earth! 
2 years & 9 months of this… was much worse the first 20 months, including when I was in Sedona / at ATMC inpatient treatment to detox the effects of the drug & heal withdrawal symptoms… 14 months home and still tremoring… hopefully I’m nearing the end with a nervous system reset program at Spero.
NEVER go off an anti-depressant cold turkey… PROTRACTED WITHDRAWAL IS REAL!
