We can hardly believe it’s been almost two weeks since we said, “See you later,” to the Class of 2026!

From their speeches, to our “Pass the Torch” ceremony, family prayer, our guest speaker’s charge, and even a special song sung by Ms. Cottrell and Ms. Hawkins, it was truly a time of celebration, worship, and honor—not only of their hard work, but also of those who invested in their lives.

We are rooting for and praying for each of you! We can’t wait to where the Lord leads you next. 💚

Today’s the day- SCCA’s Class of 2026 is spreading their wings and flying off to their next adventure!

We’re so proud of these servant-leaders. Throughout this year Annabelle and Abby have been mindful to include others, faithfully encourage their classmates and teachers, and passionately pursue God’s truth!

We wrapped up the year with a “Words of Life” rountable comprised of our 7th grade class. They spoke words of life and affirmation over our seniors.

During assembly on their last day of school, the school came around them and wrote words that we felt describe them. As the years go on, we pray this is a reminder of how cherished they are by God and their SCCA family.

Not pictured, last week they also led our assembly by participating in a panel called “What I Wish I Knew,” leaving with their classmates insights and wisdom.

After an afternoon at the park celebrating this year’s Houses, our students somehow still managed to stay attentive during chapel on Friday! It probably helped that our speakers were so impactful. Both Bro. Aaron and Mrs. Sierra Tipton shared truth in a way that was both real and deeply needed.

This week’s chapel looked a little different, with separate sessions for our girls and guys.

We were also blessed to hear powerful student testimonies from both Hawkins sisters!

We can’t believe the school year is almost over, but thankful there’s still one more chapel left!

Thank you to everyone who supported our 2026 Book Fair in honor of Read Across America / Dr. Seuss Week!

This event was hosted a couple of weeks ago by the Parent-Teacher Fellowship, and spearheaded by SCCA parent, Layla Gatlin!

Our kids were floored when they realized how many books they could take home. We are thrilled that our students have developed a love for reading. 📚

Today’s the day! 📚 The PTF-sponsored Book Fair is happening this afternoon at 2:30!

Every student will be able to choose free books to take home, thanks to the generosity of our amazing Parent-Teacher Fellowship. We’re so thankful for the ways they bless our school! 🦁

Ada Huchingson, a junior at Saline County Christian Academy, was named the 2026 Dave Ferguson Scholarship recipient by the Saline County Conservation District. Huchingson received a $350 county-level award and will advance to the area competition. Full story is online and in today's Saline Courier.
