☕🍌 Fresh Conversations is off to a great start! 🍓💪
Today, I kicked off the Fresh Conversations series at the Senior Center in Bryant, and what an amazing experience it was!
We discussed some timely Hot Topics:
☕ Coffee & caffeine
🥣 Greek yogurt
💪 The importance of strength training and supplements

Of course, we enjoyed a delicious hands-on treat! The participants enjoyed banana split parfaits featuring Greek yogurt. 🍌🥣

I loved the energy, participation, and great conversations from this wonderful group. It was a joy to spend time learning, sharing, and enjoying good food together!

📅 Our next class is September 22nd.
I’m already looking forward to more fresh conversations, new ideas, and delicious recipes!

🎡 **SALINE COUNTY FAIR ENTRIES ARE DUE TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY!** 🎡

It’s time to show off what you’ve raised, grown, created, baked, or made! Bring your entries to the **Big Red Building at the Saline County Fairgrounds** and get entered in this year’s competition.

**TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM**
🐄 All livestock and animal entries
🧵 All non-perishable entries, including arts, crafts, photography, canned goods, quilts, and more

**WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 | 9:00 AM–11:00 AM**
🍰 Baked and other perishable food items
🌻 Horticulture and garden entries

🏆 **Every entry has the opportunity to compete for rosettes, ribbons, and cash prizes!**

Whether you’re an experienced exhibitor or entering for the first time, we encourage you to be part of this great Saline County Fair tradition.
