Greetings, All!
We are making a few updates to the way that we reach parents on facebook. When we reach you here it is through a "page." It has served us well over the years, however many parents report that they do not always see our posts in time.
We are now updating from a page to a group. This will allow members to receive notifications when we post news or events! It also allows us to create a calendar of events on the page!
We will have a poster with a QR code linking the new facebook group at the open house where we hope to catch you all. For those of you unable to attend, this is the link to the new Benton Elementary PTO page:

Picture Day will be September 8th. The school is looking for 2 volunteers to usher kids from their classrooms to the photographer and back. Volunteers meet at the front office at 8:30 to receive directions.

Happy summer break! Students were sent home with the June newsletter and Summer Break Bingo this week. Students are invited to complete as many Bingos as possible over summer break and return their completed Bingo form to the school’s main office during the first week of school. Additional copies can be printed at home by following the link below.

Attention Benton Elementary Families:

The PTO would like to remind you about the free family event tomorrow night! Please join us at 6pm in the Williamson Center. The evening show will be different then the assembly the kids will attend during school hours. Guaranteed to be fun for all!
