What happens when a community comes together to invest in its young people? 💙

On Friday, Leadership Saline County’s Class XX had the privilege of presenting a $6,000 grant to the Bryant Youth Association (BYA).

This spring, Class XX worked hard to raise funds that support Leadership Saline County scholarships, community-building programming, and a local nonprofit chosen by the class. This year, they selected BYA—an organization committed to ensuring every child has a mentor and champion in their life.

From after-school and summer programs to mentoring, free meals, leadership development, and opportunities that encourage academic success and healthy lifestyles, BYA is making a lasting difference for children and families across our community.

Congratulations to Class XX on your leadership and community impact, and thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, share and much more. Your support made this grant possible.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible Leadership Saline County Class of 2025–2026 for their generous donation to Bryant Youth Association! ❤️

This outstanding group worked tirelessly to make their BINGO fundraiser a tremendous success, and we are truly honored that they selected BYA as their charity partner this year.

Your dedication, leadership, and commitment to investing in the children of our community will make a lasting impact. Because of you, we can continue ensuring every child has a champion in life.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping create brighter futures for Bryant’s youth! 💙

A big round of applause for Subaru of Little Rock – recipient of our 2026 Local Impact Award!

We had the opportunity to not only celebrate their partnership with the Woofstock Saline event over the past two years, but also their commitment to the local community.

It's businesses like Subaru that help shape communities by saying yes to collaboration, showing up engaged, and believing in the work of not only our organization but many others.

And after a quick poll at this week's Board of Directors meeting, the Subaru brand is well-loved by many of our families. 💙
