We are answering another common question to help our MVE families get ready for a great school year.

What is the best way for my child to find an item that is lost?

Our lost and found is in the hallway right outside the cafeteria. The best way to avoid lost items is to have items labeled with your child's first and last name.

Items with names can often be returned quickly, while unlabeled items are placed in Lost and Found until they are claimed.

A few minutes spent labeling backpacks, lunchboxes, water bottles, jackets, hoodies, and other belongings can save a lot of time later!

Have a question about Mountain View Elementary? We're here to help. Over the next few days, we'll be sharing answers to some of the most common questions families ask to help everyone get ready for a great year at MVES.

The halls of Mountain View Elementary have been buzzing as our amazing teachers and staff returned to campus to prepare for Year 4 at MVES—and what an incredible week it has been!

✨ On Monday, our talented teachers led outstanding breakout sessions, sharing their knowledge, creativity, and best practices with one another. We are so fortunate to have a team that believes in learning together and growing together!

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ Tuesday brought even more fun as we proudly represented Mountain View Elementary at the Benton School District Back-to-School Breakfast. Our staff embraced the superhero theme with amazing costumes and decorations, reminding us that every member of Team MVE has the power to make a difference in the lives of our students each and every day!

🍽️ We also enjoyed a wonderful lunch back at MVE, generously provided by Merchants & Farmers Bank through the kindness of Mr. Price Boney and Mrs. Laura Westbrook, two of our amazing MVE parents. Your generosity and support mean so much to our school family. Thank you for investing in our staff!

Throughout the week, we remained focused on the values that guide everything we do:
