If you haven’t signed your cheerleader up for 📣Cheer Camp 📣 next week that’s ok you still have time. We’re thrilled to have them join us! Our high school cheerleaders have been hard at work preparing fun and exciting material to share with their younger teammates, and we can’t wait to get started.

We have a fantastic week planned, filled with cheer technique, chants, dances, games, and plenty of spirit! Camp will take place in the school cafeteria, and we’ll be using the side entrance for drop-off and pick-up. Look for the Balloons 🎈 🎈🎈

Here are a few important details:
Drop-off begins at 8:20 AM at the patio area. A high school cheerleader will greet your child and es**rt them inside for breakfast.

Pick-up is at 2:00 PM, also at the patio. Please be sure to sign your child out—we cannot release any camper without a parent or guardian signature.

Daily Dress-up Themes:
Reminder, make sure all dress up outfits are cheer safe.

Monday: Animal print Day
Tuesday: 80’s/Neon Day
Wednesday: Hawaiian/Tropical Day
Thursday: camp shirt will be given out - wear red, blue or black shorts

Meals:
We’ll serve a variety of cold breakfast items each morning. Lunch will be provided daily:

Monday: Nachos with cheese and/or chili
Tuesday: Pizza
Wednesday: Ham & cheese sandwiches
Thursday: Pizza again (because who doesn’t love pizza twice?)

Parent Showcase:
Mark your calendar! Our Parent Showcase will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Cafeteria or the Football field; weather permitting. Come see what your little cheerleader has learned throughout the week!

Lastly, pay your registration fee at the door, please bring cash or a check (made payable to PCHS Cheer) on Monday morning.

Reminder:

📣 Cheerleading Tryouts Are Coming! 📣

Cheerleading tryouts will be here before you know it! This year, tryouts will run a little differently.

We will be offering a full week March 9-13
(5 days) of Cheer Open Gym, which will include:
• Conditioning
• Motions & jumps
• Stunts and stunt groups

Open Gym is not mandatory, but it is highly encouraged to help prepare for tryouts.

Parent/Cheerleader participant meeting Thursday, March 12, at 6pm at PCHS.

📅 Tryouts will be ONE day only and will be packed with learning. All tryout material will be taught on tryout day and will not be shared ahead of time.

🕗 Tryout Day Schedule:
• Material will be taught from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Lunch break (please bring a lunch)
• Tryouts begin at 2:00 PM
• Be prepared for tryouts to last a couple of hours
