Launched in 2011, The Benton Harbor Promise Is a place-based scholarship program. The promise supports graduates of Benton Harbor High School, Countryside Academy and Dream Academy. The Promise Scholarship can be obtained by attending any 2 year community college or Promise approved CTE program in the state of Michigan. Foundation: A 501c3 organization established to provide philanthropic support

to vision and missions of the BH Promise Zone Authority through fundraising and grant-seeking to offset TIF revenues for tuition and fees, plus additional financial support to students.
