Yall sure know how to make Ole Unc feel special, don’t ya! I appreciate it!

In the midst of clearing coaches and students, practice planning, 2-a-days, gassers, repetitive reps, AD meetings and workshops, uniform checkout, etc.. my birthday snuck in there and these guys (without my knowledge - which I was SO thrilled about 😅) found time to acknowledge me!

Couldn’t ask for a better group of young men! I try to tell them as much as I can how much value they add to my life and I hope I can at least add a quarter of that value into their lives!

Just received the Seahawk Fan Fest tickets.

My youth parents:

Please send me a message with a good email address to transfer tickets. As I am going through the registration packets, there are some without an email address and others I cannot make out the email address.

I received a follow up email from the Seahawks, and Football Fest tickets will be transferred through Ticketmaster next week (originally were supposed to have them this week).

For our young athletes, I’ll be transferring tickets to the email address that was provided on your registration packet. Please keep an eye on that inbox (and your spam/junk folder just in case).

We’re excited to share another unforgettable experience with our players and families. Thank you all for your patience. Looking forward to a great experience at Lumen Field!

⏰ Arrive: 8:30–8:45 a.m.

This is a great opportunity for our younger athletes to get valuable reps while our older players continue to develop through mental reps, leadership, and supporting their teammates.

Youth Development (Grades 6–8)

Our Youth Development Program will be off Monday through Wednesday and will resume Thursday. Any of our youth players who would like to come out and watch either of our 7v7 sessions are more than welcome! It’s a great opportunity to see our high school program in action and continue learning the game.

Happy 4th of July Weekend💙

There will be no weight room workouts until Monday, July 6th as we take time to celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th birthday.

We hope you enjoy the weekend with family and friends, make great memories, and come back ready to get after it. Be safe, represent Ki-Be well, and we’ll see everyone back in the weight room on Monday, July 6th.
