ESA's are here to stay, no matter what kind of threats Hobbs throws at the program. It is a blessing to many families.

We had a wonderful time over the 22 years of k -12 instruction. We will miss the students in our facility especially during the holidays. It was always fun planning and doing special things for our students. We saw many of the students graduate through our Christian program. Many went on to higher education, to trade school, into the military, others married and are raising their families. We have many memories of the years we served the Christian families in our local area. Blessings to all of you that were part of the School and thank you.

At this time we have suspended School operations. We are not open nor taking enrollments. My work at the legislature and trying to run the school is not possible. This decision was not an easy one to make seeing that we have run the school since 1998. However we have suspended it to see what the Lord has for us in the future of Christian education.

As we start this new year enrollments are up. We are still taking enrollments for 9-12. We award our seniors a diploma when they graduate. I mention this because parents are not sure with us being a private school. Yes, credits (except Bible subjects) are transferable to junior colleges and universities. Our diploma is also accepted by all Armed Forces.

Private School falls outside of some of the public school requirements of vaccinations and wearing masks. Although this means that school staff and parents stay diligent and responsible for the health and welfare of our children. We like everyone else we are looking at the local virus impact in our community and staying flexible in our health policy.

Grace Christian Academy is for the Christian Parent that is seeking and is committed to educating their children in the ways of the Lord. This means a long term commitment to the school so that the children get the Christian faith, the Christian values and beliefs instilled in them. We are not a short term alternative to the public school during the Covid pandemic.

I appreciate the work that the students do while on their daily break. It is part of learning responsibility for the facility God has provided for us. Today they trimmed trees, watered the foliage around the church, picked up some fire wood. In the past week they helped put together a fire pit (not completed yet), and installed patio lights to the front of the church. All while completing their daily school goals. We have several projects to work on throughout the year. Our students are awesome.

Grace Christian Academy is on Fall break for two weeks and will be back at school on Tuesday October 13th. We have kept the students busy throughout this semester. Have a great time off. We will see you in two weeks.

Grace Christian Academy has a spot for you child and we taking new enrollments. The students are using real books with the teacher in the classroom. There are several parents that are asking about our program amidst the Covid shutdown. We offer a home school program, a split home and campus program and a full time student program.
