“I am human. I make mistakes. I do not own mistakes of others, only mistakes of my own.

I love this. To admit you have faults is a huge step. Especially for men. We work and specialize in relationships, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, teens and individuals.

“For other men who need to hear this, because I wish I had heard it years ago. Suppressing past trauma is not manning up. Going to therapy and asking for help is not weak.

Many of us grew up being taught that being a man was bearing a burden, taking the pain and enduring. What we weren’t taught, was that by doing that we didn’t endure that alone, our wives, children, family and friends also had to bear the weight with us.

I spent almost 40 years clinging to that pain before I almost lost everything that mattered to me, because I was so miserable to live with. I reluctantly started to see a therapist and now am well on my way to healing and being happy.

If you’re repeatedly being told that you’re too negative, angry, anxious and things of that nature, reach out for help. I robbed myself (and my family) of decades of being happy, because I was too proud to ask for help and admit that there might be something wrong that I couldn’t handle on my own.

It isn’t easy, but it is worth it.”

Welcome friends family and more! There’s a lot in the works but we plan to officially launch in February! We will NOW take appointments. I am unable to work with close friends/family, but I hope you will find this to be a inspirational space that is welcome to all. At this time I am booking a max of 10 clients.

life coaching, while not therapy, is a great way to work on goals. I am here to support everyone even if you’re not my client ❤️

Thanks everyone! I am excited to start this new adventure. All appointments will be virtual or in your home if local for now. I am working to have my space finished and welcome you to the farm if you wish for in person and or something more geared toward animal therapy !
