Fhschoir Fenton High School Choir Performances will include all Fenton Choir concerts. Repertoire studies two- and three-part music written for female voices.

The Fenton Chorale is open to all students with an interest and enjoyment in singing. Curriculum will focus on the basics of musicianship, proper vocal production techniques as well as the opportunity to sing a wide variety of music. The repertoire focuses upon easy to moderat

ely difficult writing for male and female voices. The Fenton Treble Choir is open to all female students desiring to hone the talent of singing. Treble Choir is an all female chorus that also addresses the basic musical and vocal principles. The Fenton Concert Choir is the premier choral ensemble at Fenton High School. Performances will include all Fenton Choir concerts, choral conferences and festivals, as well as other outside performance opportunities. Concert Choir literature focuses upon moderate to difficult multiple-part writing for male and female voices as the students continue to develop vocal skills and a better understanding of music theory concepts. Swing Choir is an auditioned extra-curricular group for those students who like to sing and dance. Swing choir utilizes choreography with A ca****la and accompanied works that focus upon moderate to difficult multiple-part writing for male and female voices. This group performs for assemblies, concerts and civic groups throughout the year. Students meet one evening and one morning each week for rehearsal. Auditions are held in the fall. Enrollment in choir or another music class is strongly encouraged.

Dear Fenton Music Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are so excited for another great year with our Fenton music students. We have an amazing year ahead for both Band and Choir, and we need our families to help make all of these opportunities possible!

There are many different ways to get involved, and you do not have to commit to everything. Even helping for one event, donating snacks, or giving a few hours of your time makes a difference.

🎺 Marching Band Volunteers & Donations

Our marching band has approximately 60 students, and we will need volunteers throughout the season.

🎵 🎤 Band & Choir Concerts

Throughout the school year, we will have several Band and Choir concerts where light refreshments are served to students and families following the performance.

We are looking for:

A few Choir parents to help with Choir concert refreshments

A few Band parents to help with Band concert refreshments

The commitment is generally helping with setup, serving, and cleanup after the concert.

🍝 Spaghetti with a Song

In March, the Choir Department will host Spaghetti with a Song, and they will need additional parent volunteers to help make that event a success. More information and volunteer opportunities will be shared as we get closer to the event.

✨ Our Biggest Fundraising Goal: Disney!

Of course, one of our biggest goals this year will be fundraising for the Fenton Music Department’s Disney trip at the end of February! This is a huge opportunity for our students, and fundraising will take all of us working together.

Our music programs are only as strong as the support we receive from our families and community. We encourage everyone to find one way—or several ways—to get involved this year.
