Formulas are your friends!

In mathematics, formulas can be very easy to work with. First, you must know when to use a formula for a given problem. Context is Paramount! You wouldn't want to use a formula for calculating volume of a box when presented with a problem to calculate interest on a financial vehicle! 😄

Look for keys within each problem that can help you associate with the proper formula.
For example, you are asked to find the area of a rectangle, and a length and width are given. Look for formulas that contain only length and width, and narrow down from there!

Mathematics can SEEM confusing...many times too much information at one time! Anything can seem impossible when looked at as a WHOLE, from start to finish.

Instead, break up the process into a series of steps! The next step is not considered until the previous step is COMPLETE!
