⚾ NEW EPP TRAINING OPTIONS 🥎

We’ve heard from families who want to be part of Elite Power Pipeline, but committing to three training days every week can be tough.

So we’re making EPP more flexible.

Beginning with our October 12-week program, athletes can choose:

EPP 2X — Train 2 Days Per Week
A great option for multi-sport athletes and busy schedules.

EPP 3X — Train 3 Days Per Week
Our complete EPP training experience for athletes looking to maximize their offseason development.

Both options include the same EPP focus:

⚡ Hitting mechanics
⚡ Bat speed & exit velocity development
⚡ Strength & power training in the Performance Zone
⚡ Data-driven testing and progress tracking
⚡ Small-group coaching

Available Training Times:
Monday | 7:00–8:30 PM
Wednesday | 7:00–8:30 PM
Thursday | 7:00–8:30 PM
Saturday | 12:00–1:30 PM
Saturday | 1:30–3:00 PM
Sunday | 1:30–3:00 PM

Athletes select their 2 or 3 weekly training days at registration, and those spots are reserved throughout the program.

Maximum 6 athletes per training session.

More flexibility. Same purpose.

Build the swing. Build the athlete. Build power.

October registration is open.

🚨 ANOTHER ADDITION TO THE PERFORMANCE ZONE

The Safety Squat Bar is officially joining the lineup at No Offseason Performance.

This isn’t about adding equipment just to add equipment. It gives us another tool to help athletes build lower-body strength, stability and power while allowing for a more upright torso position and reducing the shoulder mobility demands of a traditional back squat.

We’ll be able to incorporate it into movements like:

⚡ Safety Bar Squats
⚡ Box Squats
⚡ Split Squats
⚡ Reverse Lunges
⚡ Good Mornings
⚡ Tempo & Isometric Squat Work
⚡ Lower-Body Strength & Power Development

And yes — the Safety Squat Bar will be incorporated into Elite Power Pipeline.

EPP continues to evolve beyond just hitting. The goal is to develop stronger, more powerful athletes and then translate those gains into bat speed, exit velocity and overall performance.

The Performance Zone gives us the ability to connect what happens in the weight room with what happens in the cage.

Train. Measure. Develop. Repeat.

When Training for the Next Level, there is No Offseason.
This is what next level development requires.

Reminder the Performance Zone can be reserved just like a standard tunnel to ensure you have the equipment when you need it.

⚾ INFIELD FUNDAMENTALS STARTS THIS SUNDAY! ⚾

You asked — we listened.

At the request of parents looking for more opportunities for athletes to learn the game and be taught the fundamentals, we’re kicking off our Infield Fundamentals classes this Sunday at No Offseason Performance.

These are drop-in classes, so there’s no long-term commitment. Each week will focus on foundational infield skills and build quality habits through instruction and repetition.

We’ll work on things like ready position, footwork, glove work, fielding ground balls, throwing mechanics, transfers, different types of ground balls, and making plays from multiple positions.

This isn’t about simply taking 100 ground balls. It’s about teaching athletes how to play the infield and why we do things a certain way.

Designed for ages 8–12 and a great fit for players who want to build a stronger foundation heading into the offseason.

📅 Starts this Sunday

🔥 ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT | NEW PR 🔥

59.4 MPH ➡️ 67.9 MPH

That’s an +8.5 MPH increase in exit velocity through Week 9 of Elite Power Pipeline.

This is what happens when you stack quality reps, train with a purpose, and stay consistent.

There’s still work to do — 3 weeks left. 👊

Elite Power Pipeline isn’t just about taking swings. We’re training the complete athlete, tracking the numbers, and using the data to measure progress.

⚾ 🥎 Next season starts now.

Fall and winter aren’t the offseason — they’re when the work for next season gets done.

This is the time to build strength, clean up mechanics, get quality reps, and make the adjustments that are hard to make once games start.

You don’t have to wait until January or February to start getting ready.

Train now. Improve now. Be ready when the season starts.

Whether it’s hitting, pitching, fielding, strength training, lessons, or just getting extra work in — No Offseason Performance gives athletes a place to keep developing all fall and winter.

When Training for the Next Level, there is No Offseason.

🥎 Softball Pitching Assessment Day — September 13

We’re excited to have Nicole Gnam joining No Offseason Performance and working with softball pitchers in the area!

Nicole pitched collegiately at Iowa Western and Southwest Minnesota State and will be holding individual 30-minute pitching assessments on September 13 from 1–4 PM.

Each assessment will include a look at pitching mechanics, individual feedback, and time to talk with parents about what Nicole sees and where the athlete can improve.

This is also a great opportunity to meet Nicole before scheduling future pitching instruction.

ELITE POWER PIPELINE | OCTOBER–DECEMBER

We’re opening applications for the next 12-week Elite Power Pipeline — and this session will have two class time options.

EPP is more than just getting swings in.

Athletes train 3 days per week with a focus on hitting, strength, mechanics and confidence. We’re also utilizing our Performance Zone to build strength and power that can transfer directly to the field.

And we measure it.

At the halfway point of our current EPP class, we’re already seeing gains in exit velocity, bat speed and strength numbers across the group. That’s the goal of the program: train with a purpose, track the data, and make adjustments based on what each athlete actually needs.

12 Weeks | 3 Days Per Week | 90 Minutes

Two class options are available for October–December.

Applications are now open.

💥 MAX VELOCITY GETS ATTENTION. CONSISTENCY SHOWS DEVELOPMENT.

At Elite Power Pipeline, we’re not just looking for the hardest ball an athlete can hit.

We want to know what happens on the next swing…and the swing after that.

That’s why we track both Max Exit Velocity AND Average Exit Velocity across multiple hits.

📈 One great swing shows what an athlete can do.
📈 Consistent exit velocity shows what they can repeat.

And exit velocity is only one piece of the EPP evaluation process.

Throughout the 12-week program, we track multiple performance measures to see how each athlete is progressing — from hitting performance and bat speed to strength, power and explosiveness.

We don’t guess if athletes are improving. We measure it.
