Congratulations to our BHS Track & Field athletes on an excellent showing at North Coast Section Meet of Champions at Dublin High School! There were several great performances from our 8 athletes who competed:
Prince Butcher (9) advanced to the finals in the 400m and placed 8th overall. He was the only freshman competitor in the quarter mile at NCS this year.
The boys 4x400m relay team of Prince Butcher (9), Jay Hardaway Jr. (10), Aydan Polonia (11) and Joseph Wardy (11) made it into the final, and finished with a 6th place podium spot. Their time from the prelims of 3:23.65 is now the 3rd fastest all-time in Benicia High School.
Finally, Madeline Cuellar (12) made it to the finals and finished 9th overall in the Discus on Friday. Then she PR'd by almost 2 feet in the Shot Put on Saturday! Her mark of 36' 3" bests her own school record and moved her into 4th place in the last round of the finals. Maddy will advance to the CIF State Championships next weekend in Clovis, CA!

Celebrate a year of theater tonight! (Tuesday, May 26th)
Enjoy an evening filled with favorite musical numbers, scenes, and memorable moments as we celebrate another incredible year of theater. "Seasons of Love " Musical Theater Showcase features BHS Musical Theater students as they share the work, talent, growth, and creativity they've developed throughout the year.
Admission is FREE and all are welcome!
Plus, enjoy complimentary cake and refreshments as we honor out students and their accomplishments.

The BHS Band will be filming their performance for the KRON 4 Fourth of July Special on Thursday, May 28th and we want to pack the stands with parents, students, alumni, staff, and community members who want to support the band. You must arrive to the stadium by 8:30 pm, wearing blue and gold, and be able to stay for filming from 9:00-9:45 pm. We will be filling the visitor bleachers as the backdrop to the performance.

The BHS Theater Department and TABBS are hosting a Garage Sale at BHS on Saturday, May 30th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. They will be selling clothing, costumes, home decor, furniture, tools, props, and more as we clean out the performing arts building in preparation for our renovation to begin this June! Come find a treasure and help us give these items new life.

Senior Send Off Improv Show this Friday at 7pm! Not only is this your last time to laugh along with the Class of 2026, it is also their final performance in the theater before renovations begin this summer. Join us this Friday!

Congratulations to our Seniors who earned Distinguished Pathway Completion recognition in CTE Media Arts!! These students provided service to BHS through the livestream of our athletic programs and past graduation ceremonies. Great job, Panthers!!
