With so many exciting things happening in the Benicia Unified School District the Parade of Pigs 4 Kids will be marching to the sidelines for the 2015/16 school year, but the BEF would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to Artcentric - Pottery & Glass Studio in Benicia and our community for filling our city with these lovely works of art. We appreciate our followers on Facebook so we will leave the page open as a way to communicate. Contact us if interested in joining the Benicia Education Foundation and being part of bettering the lives of Benicia students.

Join us today at Artcentric - Pottery & Glass Studio in Benicia from 5-7 PM for treats while we find out who will take home the 2015 Parade of Pigs 4 Kids. Bids will be accepted until 6:30 so it's not too late to try to win one of these great works and support Benicia public schools!

Don't delay! Only 4 days left to bid on these adorable works of art. Join us on Sunday, May 31 from 5-7 PM at Artcentric - Pottery & Glass Studio in Benicia as we look to see who the 3 lucky winners will be. Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served.

The pigs will be on display Saturday evening at the Night of Stars to help celebrate the BUSD Educators of the Year. Come see them at the event or at Artcentric - Pottery & Glass Studio in Benicia to place your bid and make a donation to help keep Benicia public schools great!! May is "Feed the Pig" month at Artcentric - Pottery & Glass Studio in Benicia. Come donate to these delightful works of art by the talented, rising star artist Marissa Kephart, community member Kathryn Harpold and BMS Advanced Art Student trio- Sophia, Ana & Denali. They will be on display through May 31st when we announce the highest bidder. To take home one of these special pieces fill out a hot pink bid form next to the display and drop it in the pig you want to win. Then join us from 5-7 PM on Sunday, May 31st for punch and treats while we see who the highest bidders are. All money collected from this event supports Benicia public education through the Benicia Education Foundation Please share with friends and family so everyone can enjoy these cute pigs before they go home to the lucky winners!! Who remembers this silly gal? "House Frau Sow" by artist Sherry Hayward was part of the 2012 line up. The 2015 pigs are currently being created. We look forward to their debut in March.
