Sitting here this morning with my cup of coffee, feeling incredibly grateful for what’s ahead 🥹

As we prepare for this merger and our move into The Training Loft downtown, I keep coming back to one thought: this feels like pure magic.

Not because we’re building something new, but because we’re bringing together two beautiful communities that have already been built on trust, hard work, support, and genuine connection. And now we get to bring all of that together under one roof.

What excites me most is that we’re not changing who we are—we’re amplifying it.

Together, we’ll have incredible classes, exceptional instructors, and even more opportunities to help people reach their goals. But at the heart of it all, our focus remains the same: people.

We don’t chase trends. We don’t care about being flashy. We care about being real. We care about helping people become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of themselves.

We love big, and we care hard. We never take for granted the trust people place in us when they allow us to be part of their fitness and wellness journey. That’s why we’re committed to professionalism, education, and knowledge-based classes. Our instructors are certified, experienced, and passionate about what they do—not because it’s a job, but because it’s who they are.

This is more than a merger. It’s a coming together of shared values, shared purpose, and a shared commitment to serving our community at the highest level.

This morning…A STAR WAS BORN 😍 Our girl led her first class as an instructor and we could not be more proud of her 🥹 Through all the hard work, countless hours of education, training, and practice classes, maybe a few tears, drops of blood, and a lot of sweat, and onto your NASM Group Fitness Certification, you put 110% of yourself into everything you do and your love and passion shines through in your classes! You ripped the bandaid off, and you CRUSHED your first class 🤘🏻Look out for Milaina’s HIIT classes on our schedule as she continues to grow as an instructor while she kicks your butt with a smile 🥰
