Please help us welcome our newest team member, Lili Dumbeck, LMT! ✨

“With my background in PT at a locally owned clinic in my hometown of Klamath Falls coupled with being a naturally touch oriented person I bring a unique approach to massage/bodywork. My work is typically referred to as “productive” or “effective”.

I use deep passes at a methodical pace that allows for maximum relief while being mindful of the patient’s CNS. Coaching on breath, and incorporating a variety of relaxation elements allows for a combination of productivity and relaxation.

My typical pressure is medium to deep unless otherwise requested (which I am ALWAYS open to!). Connecting with all kinds of people & giving my brain a good challenge to help restore physical form is a deep seeded passion. Working towards functional goals with my patients and further educating/empowering in the process is a core part of my practice and I look forward to learning alongside you in each session.

A truly productive massage requires trust, empowerment, equal participation, and understanding. The opportunity to build this with each patient is one of my favorite aspects of this career.

When not in session you can find me with my husband Jesse, our two daughters, or some of my many beloved friends and family. I love to keep myself very busy with pilates, yoga, dancing, reading, crafting, cooking, running, adventuring, church and literally anything I can squeeze some time in for!”

We’re excited to have her as part of the Capacity team and can’t wait for our community to experience her care and expertise. Appointments are now open. Call our office to book an appointment with Lili and give your body the recovery it deserves. 🙌

🎉 We’re turning FIVE! 🎉

This month marks 5 incredible years of Capacity. We’ve come a long way from one employee and our space in a gym. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing patients, athletes, and community who have trusted us along the way.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re hosting a week of celebration beginning Tuesday, May 26th! We’re so excited to give back, celebrate with our community, and reflect on everything we’ve built together over the last five years.

✨ More details on the celebration week are coming soon, so stay tuned!

Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to the next 5 years of helping you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your highest level. 💙

Huge congratulations to Bjorn Blankenship on an incredible performance at New Balance Nationals! 👏

As a junior in high school, Bjorn hit PRs in both of his events - running an impressive 4:15 in the mile and 9:03 in the 2-mile.

We love seeing Bjorn’s growth, hard work, and dedication continue to pay off, and the best part is… he’s just getting started. Excited to keep supporting his journey and watching what’s ahead!
