Up next, Meet Lindsey 👋

Lindsey is a co-owner of Capacity and has been practicing physical therapy in Bend for over 8 years.

Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Lindsey played Division 1 soccer before earning her Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, with advanced training in working with runners. She’s also an RRCA-certified run coach and has coached runners of all levels.

Outside of Capacity, Lindsey enjoys running marathons and ultramarathons, snowboarding, and spending time with her kids.

Meet Capacity team member David Bergstrom! 👋

David has been part of the Capacity team since 2025. Originally from Minnesota, he competed as a Division I tennis player at the University of North Dakota before earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Over the past six years, he’s worked with athletes of all ages, with a special interest in helping tennis and pickleball players recover from injury and perform at their best.

David takes a holistic approach to physical therapy, combining hands-on manual therapy with strength and conditioning to help every patient reach their goals- whether that’s getting back to their sport or simply moving pain-free.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find David playing tennis, mountain biking, trail running with his dogs, and exploring Central Oregon.

Huge congratulations to longtime Capacity patient, Maya, on an incredible performance at the High Cascades 100! 🚵‍♀️

Maya battled hot, dusty conditions and one of the toughest HC100 courses in years to win her age group and finish 2nd overall in the women’s race with an impressive time of 9:43:14 over 100 miles.

We’ve had the privilege of helping Maya overcome persistent back and neck pain following a serious racing crash 11 years ago. Seeing her compete at this level with significantly less pain is exactly why we love what we do.

Congratulations, Maya! The entire Capacity team is so proud of you! 👏

We’re excited to continue serving as the Bend Fire Wellness provider for the next five years. 🚒

It is a privilege to support the incredible men and women of Bend Fire & Rescue through physical therapy, recovery services, and training for fire academy cadets. We are proud to help keep our first responders healthy, resilient, and prepared for the physical demands of protecting our community.

As wildfire season continues, we also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the brave firefighters currently battling wildfires near and far. Your dedication, courage, and sacrifice do not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for everything you do to keep our communities safe. ❤️🔥
