I almost have learned enough to get the book published. I started it many years ago & the Gods have given me so much learning & wisdom in,the past 2/3 years that I think I am almost ready. I have to contact the publisher & see what the contract will allow me to do. thx. Holly..for sharing. I could never get my ex-husband to "get" that I didn't feel safe & it was why I was yelling. it goes both ways. as an adult & as a child. I didn't realize how much yelling DIDN'T help me or my children, & how much harm I caused by yelling/screaming. I was a little scared child in a big adult body making my kids feel even more scared
