Expect tote bag printing, radial designs, concentric circles, and plenty of room to make something that's completely your own. All materials provided — just bring your creativity and your people.

Art in the Park is ONE WEEK away — and I can't wait to share this one with you.

We're heading to Drake Park for a plein-air oil pastel workshop, drawing directly from life as the evening light does its thing over the river. I'll be guiding you through techniques and best practices, but honestly? The materials do a lot of the talking.

I use Sennelier oil pastels in my own practice — they're the good stuff. Creamy, richly pigmented, zero waxy resistance. Sennelier actually worked with Picasso to develop their formula, and once you draw with them, you'll understand why artists are obsessed. All materials provided.

Our Good Fortune Assemblage Workshop is back! 🎴

On June 10th, you'll draw your own unique fortune — your creative prompt for the evening — then bring it to life using 3D objects, found ephemera, textiles, trinkets, and all the good stuff. It's part collage, part assemblage, part magic.

On a day set aside to remember — to truly stop and honor those we've loved and lost — it feels right to share this.

This Thursday, May 28th, I'm hosting something close to my heart. 🤍

When Words Aren't Enough is a mixed media workshop I created after moving to Bend to care for my mom in the final chapter of her life. Art became my anchor. This workshop grew from that.

We'll use a guided transfer technique to create a personal piece that honors someone you've loved and lost — and we won't do it alone. end of life doula, Tanya Hughes will be with us throughout the evening, holding space for whatever comes up.

No art experience needed. Just an open heart and maybe a photo, a pressed flower, a scrap of handwriting — something that reminds you of them.

Design and print your own custom tote bag using radial patterns and concentric circle techniques. Everyone leaves with a wearable piece of art! Led by Kat Rains.

👕 Tie-Dye T-Shirts & Totes — Sunday, July 12th | 2:00–3:30 PM

Swirl, twist, and splash your way to a one-of-a-kind tie-dye creation — your choice of a FREAK'N ART tee or tote. Led by Anastasia Zielinski.

🎂 Sweet Treat Paintings — Sunday, August 9th | 1:00–3:30 PM

Paint a vibrant dessert still life inspired by Wayne Thiebaud using palette knives and impasto technique — plus enjoy a sweet treat during class for extra inspiration! Ages 7+. Led by Anastasia Zielinski.
