✨ BIG NEWS... BEAM IS MOVING! ✨
After an incredible chapter at Bear Creek, it’s time for our next adventure.
Bear Creek gave us more than just a place to start- it gave us a foundation. It was where friendships were built, skills grew, and hundreds of moments and memories were made. We are so grateful for the place that welcomed BEAM and helped us grow into the program we are today.
Now, we’re excited to share that BEAM is moving to Silver Rail Elementary!
This new location allows us to continue serving our amazing students while creating even more opportunities for connection, belonging, and growth.
While our address is changing, our mission remains exactly the same:

To our Bear Creek families and staff- thank you for giving us a place to begin this journey. You’ll always be a special part of the BEAM story.

This little girl has worked so incredibly hard on her reading. She has come so far and it was time to give her a special shout out. She came knowing most of her letter sounds, but no idea how to put them together. It has been an absolute honor teaching her how to. She’s currently reading cvc books and proud is an understatement.

This year was not always easy. There were hard moments, big feelings, and days that asked a lot from all of us. And every single time, we all showed up anyway. Together.

That is the work. That is the bucket-filling.

This week we said goodbye to our fifth graders- some of whom we have walked alongside since kindergarten. Sending them off stirred something deep because transitions are tender, even when they’re right. Especially when they’re right.

But here’s what we know: they are not leaving empty-handed. They carry every strategy, every friend, every brave conversation. They have the tools. They are ready to fly.

And they are forever a part of us.

To every student, family, and teammate who made this year what it was- thank you. We are so proud of you… and we are proud of us.

Stories do not end. 🌱

Help us fill the buckets!

We are on a mission to make sure that every child who needs BEAM has access to it - no matter what their family’s financial situation looks like.

That’s why we created the Sunshine Scholarship Fund. ☀️

Here’s how it works: each “bucket” represents $2,000 that goes directly toward giving a child access to the support they deserve. Our goal is to fill up some buckets- because no kid should ever be told no simply because of finances. 🪣

We have a big fundraiser happening this weekend, and we are so excited to celebrate this cause together! 🎉

But if you can’t make it in person, you can still be a part of something really special. Every dollar helps us get closer to making sure no child is left out.

Tonight was a very small first step toward something much bigger. What we learned tonight is just how strong this BEAM community truly is.

We came together not only to share our experiences, but to support one another, listen to one another, and recognize that real change happens when people show up together.

I am proud of every single person who came tonight. Thank you for your honesty, courage, and willingness to be part of this conversation.

I feel incredibly honored to care for your kids and be part of this community. And after tonight, I feel even more empowered to take the next step…together. Much love. ❤️

Two years in a row. 🥹

BEAM was voted 2nd Place for Best After School Program and now 2nd Place for Best Supplemental School Program in Best of the Nest 2026!

We are incredibly grateful The Source and this community for believing in our mission and helping us continue building a place where kids feel safe, supported, and like they truly belong. Every vote, share, kind word, and recommendation helps bring awareness to students who deserve understanding, connection, and access to learning.

When we started BEAM, we knew there was a gap for students with big feelings, complex needs, and unique ways of learning. Seeing our community continue to rally around these kids means more than we can put into words.
