Academie de Ballet Classique is a local dance school offering classes in pre-ballet through pre-professional ballet, contemporary & free movement, lyrical ballet, jazz dance, and hip hop. Based in Bend, our fun and energetic classes challenge students musically, artistically, technically, and creativity through active participation. Royal Academy of Dance syllabus classes are also available for the serious student wishing to augment their resume with the RAD qualifications.

Come kick off the new dance season with us on Thursday, August 27th from 3–6 PM! We’re so excited to welcome our dancers and families back to the studio for an afternoon of cookies, dancing, fun, and getting ready for fall! 🩰✨

🎄✨ Clara & Fritz Auditions are coming up! ✨🎄

It’s almost time to find our Clara and Fritz for this year’s Nutcracker! Auditions will be Monday, August 24th from 4–6 PM and are open to Grade 3 & Grade 4 dancers only.

🩰 What to bring:
💧 Water
🎀 Hair in a bun
🩰 Leotard + ballet shoes
💜 A positive attitude!

We know auditions can feel a little scary (those butterflies are totally normal!), but we know our dancers are ready for this! Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and show us what you’ve got. ✨

We can’t wait to see the talent, confidence, and personality each of our dancers brings into the room. You’ve got this, dancers! 💪🩰🎄

One of the many things that makes our ABC Ambassador Program so special? They get their very own EXTRA dance in our productions! 💜✨

Not every studio has a program like this, and it’s something we’re incredibly proud to offer our dancers.

Our Ambassadors spend the year giving back to our studio community—helping in our youngest classes, encouraging little dancers, assisting teachers, and becoming role models for the next generation. In return, we want them to have opportunities to grow, lead, perform, and feel truly involved in the studio they call home. 🩰

So when production time comes around, our Ambassadors get an extra opportunity to shine! ✨

🌟 More stage time to build confidence and grow as performers
💜 More opportunities to be involved in the studio community

✨Staff Retreat 2026✨

The End of August always feels a little bittersweet. The long summer days are coming to an end, vacations are winding down, and we’re saying goodbye to another summer. ☀️🥹

But there’s something really special about the end of August at ABC—it means a new season is beginning. 🩰✨

A new year of classes, new goals, new memories, familiar faces, new dancers, and our dance family coming together again. We couldn’t be more excited to fill the studio with laughter, music, and dancing once again.

We are so incredibly grateful for this staff and the love, friendship, and passion they bring to ABC. We truly love this team and feel so lucky to get to do what we love alongside one another. 💜

Here’s to another beautiful season together—with each other and with all of our amazing dancers and families. We can’t wait to see you back in the studio! 🥹🩰✨

Hip Hop Camp shenanigans. 😎✌️

There has been no shortage of laughs, silliness, and unforgettable memories this week at Hip Hop Camp!

We can’t believe tomorrow is already our last day together. 💜 In just one week, these dancers have learned new moves, made new friends, performed countless cartwheels, danced their hearts out, played games of charades, and, of course, become obsessed with our favorite camp favorite... Beaver Sam. 😂 (iykyk.)

It’s weeks like these that remind us dance camp is about so much more than dancing. It’s about finding confidence, building friendships, and making memories that last long after summer ends.

We already know we’re going to miss this amazing group of campers, but we’re so excited to welcome many of them back for another season of dancing this fall! 🩰✨

The magic starts here! From exciting rehearsals and backstage friendships to performing on the beautiful Tower Theatre stage, The Nutcracker is so much more than a performance—it’s a holiday tradition and memories that last a lifetime. ❤️
