Lil' Sunshine Childcare Hi!! My name is Tracy Howard, I am deaf and a founder of Lil' Sunshine 🌞 Childcare for 39 yrs. This is my passion! We have a 25 yr old son.

I love to travel, camping, quilting, our Lord Jesus and our cats! Our ASL Immersion Preschool is a one-of-a-kind experience here in Bend. Offering children the opportunity to learn to communicate at a very early age.

It’s a time to honor the values, traditions, and contributions of the Deaf community. Deaf culture is rich with visual storytelling, strong community bonds, creative technology, and artistic expression. 🎨✨

This month, let’s:
