✨ COUGAR DANCE CLINIC IS HERE! ✨

Calling all K–8th grade dancers! Come dance with the Mountain View High School Dance Team for TWO fun-filled days of dancing, learning, and making memories! ❤️🖤

Dancers will learn a grade-level dance, a big group dance with the whole clinic, receive a goodie bag and finish it all off with a showcase for family & friends! There’s even a chance to perform our big group dance on the football field during a future game!

MEET YOUR HEAD COACH, ABBY THOMASSON! ❤️🖤

We’re so excited to officially introduce Coach Abby Thomasson as the new Head Coach of the Mountain View Dance Team! 🐾✨

Abby is a Central Oregon native, wife, mom of three boys and lifelong dancer since the age of 3. She joined the Mountain View Dance Team as a freshman in 2012, making her return to the program extra special! ❤️

After spending the second half of last season as an assistant coach and celebrating an incredible competition season with the team, she is so excited to step into the head coach role and continue building on what makes this program so special. Coach Abby is also pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a passion for leadership, communication, confidence and helping young people grow both on and off the dance floor. Her goal for this team is simple: create a supportive, encouraging environment where every dancer feels valued, challenged and empowered to become the best version of themselves.

We’re ready for a season full of growth, hard work, memories, and LOTS of dancing! ✨

Please help us give Coach Abby a BIG welcome as she begins this next chapter with Mountain View Dance! 🐾❤️🖤

Even though we get to hang on to her a little bit longer, we surprised our Head Coach, Brittany, with a surprise goodbye party at practice today. Her favorite songs, cupcakes, a homemade scrapbook and reliving dances through her 2 seasons. 🎈✨

We are going to miss her so much, but are so grateful for all of the hard work, dedication and love she has poured into these girls! Brittany, you have absolutely left such a positive impact on this team and we love you so so much.
