Position: Hourly 8:30 am-2:30 pm Monday-Friday (2-4 days 8:30 am-4:15 pm, open for discussion)

About Us:
We are a Christ-centered preschool dedicated to nurturing young children academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Our mission is to provide a loving, faith-based environment where children grow in their understanding of God’s love while developing a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated certified Pre-K Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment while integrating Christian values and biblical principles into daily instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports early childhood development
• Incorporate Christian teachings, Bible stories, and prayer into daily classroom activities
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth
• Maintain a structured classroom with positive behavior guidance
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and needs
• Conduct semester assessments
• Collaborate with staff and participate in school events and activities
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid state teaching certification (required)
• Experience teaching Pre-K or elementary preferred
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Commitment to Christian values and ability to model faith in daily interactions
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (Kinder Kids will pay to obtain if needed)
Preferred Qualities:
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young children in a faith-based setting
