Another beautiful summer at Mar e Floresta has come to an end...we had lots of laughs, Portuguese, brigadeiros, pasteis de nata, sardinhas, churrasco...dancing, fishing, paddleboard...made new friends, hung out with old friends... The memories will last forever. Muito obrigada to a spectacular group of villagers and staff from around the world. Until 2027...20th year is coming...FESTA! ATE 2027!

Hey Mar e Floresta... we are doing a little fundraising right now for the villages and our village could use a little extra help for our close-knit community this summer.

SOOOOO....Salome says...if we reach the $2500--which is the goal, she will let the villagers dye her hair the colors of the flag of a Portuguese speaking country for the World Cup final.
