Good news - more majors are eligible for STEM OPT! The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced the addition of 22 Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) codes to the DHS Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Designated Degree Program List. Learn more:

The Diversity / Green Card Lottery opens tomorrow. There are many scam types of immigration websites that would love to take your money for this application and many of them appear to be official looking. Make sure you apply only through the official state department sites, they should have URLs that end in .gov. You can follow instructions they provide and save yourself money by applying yourself.
