Every day is Earth Day, but tomorrow is an especially good day to show her a little love. Angela and I will head down to the waterfront tomorrow to pitch in. We invite our Headwaters folks to join us!

We are calling for the second annual Mighty Mississippi clean up crew this weekend! 💪 Help us clean up the shores of Lake Bemidji from 10am-12pm this Saturday May 9th, meeting at Paul & Babe.

Thank you to Dennis Doeden and the Bemidji Pioneer for shining a bright light on these talented young musicians! We invite everyone to nab their tickets for Saturday’s show. Not only a great time, the show also supports Headwaters School of Music & the Arts scholarship program and our teachers.

Three teenage musicians from Bemidji, Charlie Sherwood and sisters Wendy and Morgan Mellema, will take the stage with bluegrass band Monroe Crossing on Saturday, May 2, as part of a fundraising concert for Headwaters Music and Arts.

A big thanks to everyone who came down to Bemidji Brewing to support Community Pint Night! And thank you to the helpers. Lora Bertelson took on set-up and clean-up, Angela Marie and Leora Kittleson greeted folks, and Kendra Cuthbertson was our Karaoke emcee. It not only felt like a party - it truly was a community celebration. Finally, thanks to Bemidji Brewing for their ongoing support of organizations like ours. Together, we make a difference.
