KC Bee Lady Welcome - from KC Bee Lady! 2027 will be our 11th year selling bees, selling honey and teaching beekeeping classes! Thank you for your continued support! Hello!

My name is Christine and I own KC Bee Lady, formerly The Kansas Bee Company. I started this bee business in 2016 and it's been an amazing 9 years! My husband Jake is a very talented carpenter and he helps me when he's not busy working. We operate a small number of hives, so we are by no means a commercial beekeeping operation. My goal isn't to run hundreds of hives. My goal is to help thousands of new beekeepers get started!

Not everyone does the same thing and guess what? That’s ok!! Find what works for you and we’ll continue doing what works for us. Bee blessed!

Bees doing what they’re supposed to do. Unfortunately, I used an ineffective product this year. You don’t know until you try though.

Very disappointed in apivar 2.0! Over 1/2 of my bee yard has hives that look like this. Never had this bad of an issue ...

What it’s like pulling a frame out of a hive…how the bees respond. ☝🏻Volume up to hear the buzz!
