📣 Hubbard Branch Field Day – Volunteer Request (May 15) 📣

Field Day is coming up, and we’d love your help to make it a fun and smooth day for our students! 🎉

Morning Session: 8:30 AM – 11:15 AM
➡️ Morning & all-day volunteers: please arrive by 8:00 AM to review stations and help get everything set up.

Afternoon Session: 11:45 AM – 1:40 PM
➡️ Afternoon volunteers: please connect with us around 11:30 AM to prep stations before students arrive.

We’d also greatly appreciate volunteers who can stay a little after their shift to help with cleanup.

☕⚡ **PTA March Teacher Fuel Drive!** 🍪🥤

March is JAM-PACKED with activities, events, and Spring Break right around the corner! Our staff is working hard to finish strong, and the PTA would love to help keep them energized and motivated all month long.

We are collecting:
☕ Coffee & K-Cups
⚡ Energy drinks
🍫 Grab-and-go snacks (sweet or salty)

📍 **Drop-off:** Anytime at the front desk
📅 **Deadline:** End of March

We would also LOVE to partner with any local businesses who would like to “sponsor” a box of energy drinks, coffee, or snacks for our amazing teachers. Your support makes a direct impact and is always appreciated by our staff and school community!
