Learning From Adversity College is a great time for self-discovery with most students getting their first taste of freedom as they live on their own. There is so much opportunity to learn, both in and outside the classroom. While I would not call any of it easy, I would say most of those learning experiences are positive.....

Join us for the Graduate School Hooding Ceremony at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 5th in the Mayborn Campus Center Arena to honor our masters and doctoral graduates. Then at 7:30 p.m. that evening the Spring 2018 Commencement Ceremony will be held in Crusader Stadium. If you want to join us live online, the Commencement Ceremony will be streamed.

UMHB offers low cost counseling to the community Community Life Counseling at UMHB provides high-quality counseling services to Belton and the surrounding communities. Clients see master’s level graduate students in counseling sessions that are supervised by fully licensed and Texas board-provided supervisors.
