UMHB’s Marathon/Half-Marathon class successfully completed their final at the Ft. Worth Marathon this weekend. There were several PR’s and even some top 3 Age Group placements. Peep Dr. Sombito representing Sports Management program! #umhbexss

Meet Charis Hill ('17, '23), born and raised in College Station, TX, where soccer led her to play for Coach Elkins at UMHB. Now, Charis coaches Burn and CrossFit classes at Sprag. Her passion for fitness extends into coaching runners toward marathon goals, a love sparked by UMHB's 5 Mile class. Charis holds a degree in EXSS with a minor in Pedagogy and a master's in Sport Administration.
