Don’t forget our Friday schedule has changed for the school year starting today!

What is “Rolls & Rounds”?

#1 - A designated time specifically for those who want more mat time to roll or get more sparring rounds.

#2 - An opportunity for harder rounds and pressure rolls for those who are training for competition.

#3 - A time to ask a higher ranking teammate or coach for help if you’re struggling with a certain concept/technique.

🚨 ALL YOUTH must clear the mats by 7pm.

This week’s throw back is none other than Coach TJ’s very first fight in the UFC where he faced off with David Mitchell at Fight Night 22 in Austin, Tx!

TJ vs David Mitchell still holds the #1 UFC record for combined submission attempts to this day! Coach was able to bring home his first notable win in the octagon with all 3 judges scoring the bout 30-27!
