✨ MEET OUR TEAM: GUIDE LIV ✨
We’re kicking off our 26–27 Guide introductions with someone many of you already know. Guide Liv!
Liv has worked in childcare for 6 years and spent last school year leading our Spark Studio. Before finding her way into education, Liv spent 7 years building and running a successful business so she could be a stay-at-home mom with her kids. She loves creating, organizing, and executing big ideas.
She believes kids can handle hard things AND that school should be ridiculously fun.
This year, Liv is taking all of that further as she steps into a new role as our Director of Operations!
In this role, Liv will help oversee the day-to-day operations of Imagine Academy. This includes building structural systems, supporting our Guides and families, managing enrollment, and meeting the needs of our campus.
She’ll still be in Spark Studio (1st & 2nd grade) every day, but she’ll also be working behind the scenes to support our entire team and help Imagine Academy continue to grow. She cares deeply about the little details that make a school feel like a community and the big-picture work it takes to keep that community moving forward.
Outside of Imagine, Liv loves crafting, tackling home DIY projects, and spending time with her two beautiful (and slightly crazy) girls. Usually at the skate park or outside enjoying nature whenever Texas decides it doesn’t need to be 400 degrees.
One of the most honorable things about Liv is how deeply she invests herself in the things she cares about. She’s never been one to simply show up and do the job in front of her. She wants to build, improve, create, and leave things better than she found them. That same heart she’s poured into her own businesses, her studio, and her heroes is now being poured into Imagine as a whole. She genuinely believes in what we’re building here, and we’re so excited to have her helping lead where we go next.
