Updated my business headshot. Thank you to [email protected]. Shouldn't have to do this again for about 20 years. :-)

This is still Women's History month, right? I HAVE to give a shout out to Olive & Oak Staging Co. This Amazing "all girl" company delivered what they promised! This is the 1st time I've used a professional staging company, and I was over the top pleased with the "WOW factor" when you opened the door. We were under contract in just a few days, for full price! I'm a believer now! You should have seen these ladies work! Couches, chairs, plants, wall clocks, pictures were all placed perfectly. Fellow agents - I will openly share this marketing decision and company. Thank you Colby Lynn Lewis and your fantastic ladies for what you "brought to the table". Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Proud sponsor for families that need nightly stays at the Ronald McDonald house in Kansas City. Part of my commission goes to this worthy cause.

Honored to have clients that always think of me for their real estate needs. I love what I do! (This testimonial knocked my socks off!)

*Just Sold - A Bit More Meaningful This Time*
This closing holds a special place in my heart. The home was owned by an agent I once had the privilege of sharing an office with - someone who taught me so much while we worked side by side daily. She helped shape the REALTOR I am today. Even though Bobbie is no longer with us, her influence is still felt in the way I work, serve and care for my clients.
Negotiating and bringing this sale to the finish line has felt like a warm smile from her. I was truly honored to be chosen by the family to market their parent's home. Michelle & Jennifer's trust in me is a quiet reminder of the impact people leave behind and how their guidance and friendship continue to live on through us.
It's moments like this that remind me why I love what I do.

Great tips for any home, on or off the market.

Instead of relying on artificial sprays and air fresheners, you can curate a pleasant atmosphere naturally with a few simple habits.
