JROTC is a very exciting course that challenges the mind, body, and will. This program is a class that teaches leadership: what it is and what it takes to be a good leader. Self-discipline, proper conduct, and respect for others are essential elements of leadership. JROTC offers many different activities, such as Cadet Staff, Color Guard, Rifle team and Drill team.

It’s that time of year again! We have partnered with Century Resources again this spring to do our fundraiser to raise money for our spring trip. All order are due March 13, 2020 and all products will be delivered the week of March 6, 2020. The BMHS JROTC had 12 of our cadets go to JCLC summer camp they returned yesterday and brought back many awards. Lavonya Hannah got top female repeller. Maggie Henthorn got the 2nd overall top female physical fitness award. Dalton Laporte, Lavonya Hannah, and Maggie Henthorn were all apart of Second Platoon. In Third Platoon we had Xander Murry, Nic Day and Axel Bacilio, Within there Platoon they won fastest raft crafted for water ops. Nic Day also won the motivation award for his platoon. In Fourth Platoon we Nolan Shepherd and Cesar Lopez who both received second best platoon and 1st place volleyball awards. In 1st Platoon receiving Best overall Platoon and 1st in Ultimate Football was Gracie Henthorn, Alex Hoey, Ryan Caudle, and Sean Gavin. We would like to congratulate all 12 cadets for showing leadership and motivation through the week that they were at JCLC. We would also like to thank Major Eldert and SFC Bartow for leading everyone through their journey at camp.
