For Diversity and Inclusion Week here at Beloit College, we spoke with Athletic Director and baseball coach Dave DeGeorge about what it means to him.
"Diversity and inclusion are at the center of meaningful team experiences. Great teams are made up of people who have different backgrounds and beliefs, who band together due to a common interest and desire. Great teams foster acceptance, understanding and teamwork. Team experiences help athletes see human differences as something to value, At Beloit, individuals come together to build something special - we build great teams." - Dave DeGeorge
