I would like to address any rumors going around about the time off policy at Little Sprouts Nursery & Preschool.
WE ARE NOT CLOSED THE ENTIRE MONTH OF JULY! THERE ARE ZERO MONTHS WHERE WE ARE CLOSED! WE ARE CLOSED ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS: CHRISTMAS, THANKSGIVING, NEW YEARS DAY, EASTER, 4TH OF JULY.
I was planning on giving staff a month off to hopefully retain quality staff as I know that can be a huge problem in the childcare field, but decided that it won't work.
