Sadly Project Graduation was another no for this year.

HOWEVER, the Project Graduation Board wanted to give the class of 2020 something special to acknowledge them for their achievement.

Due the amazing response of our pulled pork feed and bake sale and also through the generosity of local businesses we were able to donate these baskets to each graduating senior from Beloit High and St. John’s.
Each basket is FULL of many amazing goodies and $100 in Beloit Bucks Checks! 😳

It’s a win-win.... over $7,600 going back into our local economy at the benefit of our graduating seniors! So kiddos.....grab a bite, fill your tank with gas, purchase needed college supplies such as laundry soap, notebooks, insulated cup, cooler, laundry basket, etc!

We congratulate you and the Project Graduation board says thank you for all who assisted with this generous feat!

If you are interested in a bag comment below and we will get the bag to you today!

***Reminder of letter sent out last week to all STJ and BHS Junior and Senior parents***

Junior & Senior Parents!
It’s hard to believe that Project Graduation is just around the corner. Our committee, local businesses, and community are again uniting to provide a safe Project Graduation for the students of Beloit Jr. Sr. High and Beloit St. Johns.
This year’s Project Graduation parent committee has two major fundraisers planned for this year’s event, and we need your help!
1. Project Graduation Pulled Pork Benefit Luncheon
Saturday March 7th Fellowship Hall of Beloit Methodist Church

Project Graduation will be holding a pulled pork luncheon Saturday March 7th at the Fellowship Hall of the Beloit Methodist Church from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. The menu will include pulled pork, chips, baked beans, and a selection of desserts. To help offset the costs of this project we are asking JUNIORS to bring one variety bag of chips that contains 18 individuals bags of varying flavors and a 28 ounce can of baked beans. SENIORS are asked to contribute two packages of hamburger buns. These items can be dropped off Friday March 6th at the school offices or at S&S Home Health. Items will be able to be dropped off before 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Beloit Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.

2. Bake Sale-
Saturday March 7th Fellowship Hall of the Beloit Methodist Church

We are asking all Junior and Senior families to provide two bake sale items or a $25.00 donation if it happens to fall on a busy weekend. Last year we had a great variety of items such as cookies, cakes, pies, puppy chow, cupcakes, etc. It truly was an amazing response from those providing the baked goods and also those purchasing the goodies! These items can also be dropped Friday March 6th at either school offices or at S&S Home Health.

We deeply appreciate your time, donations, and efforts to this great cause

Throwing this out there to all STJ and BHS Junior and Senior families....looking for families to bake some additional "goodies" for the selection of desserts for the luncheon on March 7th. Some ideas may include brownies, cookies, cupcakes, Rice Krispy treats, etc. We would deeply appreciate any additional donations in this area. If you are able you can comment below or you can text Heather Johnson at 738-8905. THANK YOU!!!
