I’ll go first!
My challenge is to lose 5 pounds and to build more lean muscle!
And how am I going to do this? Besides my BodyPump class I teach 3 nights a week, I am getting in that weight room!
Whatever body part I am working on it’s a 100 reps!
I also need to tweak my diet a bit too. Which means cut out the carbs!
