Cotta, LLC

Model TR2217 from Cotta is a 4-shaft transfer case designed for maximum application flexibility and offers up to six identical input/output stations. Each station can be provided with 2.75 x 10 splined shaft for fitment with yokes or fl**ges. A disconnect (de-clutch) can also be fitted to the I/O stations to provide power interruption. An optional line of disconnects feature SAE pump pad outputs.

MAX SPEED: 2800 RPM
RATIOS: 1:15 overspeed, 1.15 reduction, 1.0 depending on input

Model PD450 from Cotta is a special purpose pump drive designed to direct mount to an engine via SAE #1 fl**ge and also host an SAE #1 output fl**ge in a fl**ge-to-fl**ge configuration.

The gearbox provides 2 output stations on the horizontal centerline of the SAE fl**ge. Idler gears are incorporated to provide sufficient spread between pump centers to accommodate both the pumps and the SAE input and output fl**ges. A special version of PD450 can host 4 pumps by locating pump pads on both sides of case.

MAX TORQUE: Input 1250 lb-ft; Pump pad 500 lb-ft; Through shaft 1000 lb-ft
RATIOS: 1.1, 1.18:1 reduction or increase
