HELLO, HELLO, HELLO: a favor, please.
Hello, excuse me, does anyone know Peter? I don't remember his last name. He had a DOBERMAN dog named KANZER. I'm talking about the class of '78 - 1978. That was in the year 1974 - 1975

He is my friend. I urgently need to locate and greet him, he had a younger brother and his mother were Jewish, they lived in Boston Massachusetts.

Please, if anyone knows someone of that class, I will be very grateful, I am Manuel Tirado Castagnola from Peru (Peruvian) but we did an exchange from COLEGIO San Ignacio de Loyola de Caracas - Venezuela. Thanks for trying.

PS: IF YOU ARE YOUNG ASK YOUR PARENTS PLEASE. Thanks again.
Suggestions to locate it are accepted. Thank you. Successes and blessings.

Music classes and performance are challenging these days due to concerns of aerosols. I’d like to share a new way of doing music teaching, rehearsals and performances using EasyVirtualChoir.com - SAFE, EASY, FUN and FREE!
This software aligns audio/video tracks automatically and generates virtual performance videos instantly. Users have created videos for choir, band, orchestra, various musical instruments, music lessons, rehearsals, virtual concerts, auditions, recitals, music festivals, singing with sign language, skit, drama, dancing, foreign language learning, SEL programs, birthday and other celebrations etc., or simply for fun with friends and family. The entire process is so intuitive and simple for both teachers and students that most k-12 schoolteachers have got a performance video created after just one class period.
EasyVirtualChoir offers opportunities and possibilities above and beyond the traditional in-person music education and performance. The site is being used by thousands of schools across the US and around the world for music classes, rehearsals, and performances in online, hybrid and in-person schools.
Here is a 1-minute demo showing how the program works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3Lo6ImxFHk. I hope this amazing resource will be helpful to your students too!

Belmont Hill School provided our participants with 30 meal kits for last week’s celebrations, including traditional Thanksgiving sides and gift cards for turkeys. We also received a wonderful spread of prepared food from Lord Hobo Brewing Co! These meals are so meaningful for women and gender-diverse folks who face financial and social insecurity, when holidays can be particularly difficult. Thank you for bringing joy to On The Rise participants and their families this year!

Thinking can add clarity almost as quickly as it produces confusion and noise. In this show, 'Thoughts Produce Noise,' we look at Nine New England artists who work in various media. The process and interpret information using their senses of sight, hearing, touch, movement, smell, and taste while integrating intellect and emotions and transforming those experiences into visual explorations. These talented artists communicate and share their observations and experiences from daily life into powerful forms of two-dimensional expression.

Next year Belmont Hill will observe its centennial. Tonight, on campus at 6:30pm, the celebration begins with a kick-off to the Centennial Campaign. This program is the first in a series of events that will honor 100 years of Working Together.

https://centennial.belmonthill.org/

In honor of this milestone, Belmont Hill has launched a website that we hope will reconnect you with the School in a new and exciting way. We chose a unique approach to the navigation of this site, using the words of our school seal as guideposts.

STUDIUM, loosely translated as zeal, introduces you to the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and volunteers whose remarkable energy and drive have forged Belmont Hill’s mark of excellence throughout 100 years.

FIDELITAS, or loyalty, will guide you through the history of the School, which has held true to the pillars of character, integrity, and honor upon which it was built.

PROVIDENTIA, or foresight, looks at today’s campus and the exciting vision for the future of Belmont Hill.

Lawrence Tang and Alex Lo started the Asian Students Club in September of 2020 to foster community among the Asian students at Belmont Hill. During meetings, they have gathered with around 15 boys to speak about the Asian experience at Belmont Hill. Discussion topics have included: stereotypes, fitting in, and academic pressure. Throughout the pandemic meetings were limited so the group decided to postpone large meetings. However, this past Wednesday, they were finally able to gather together as a full group and share a meal. In the meeting, the student leaders introduced the goals of the group and watched a clip on the Asian American experience through the eyes of Fresh Off the Boat creator Eddie Huang. The gathering included around 30 students with representation from all forms. The club looks forward to more fruitful gatherings!

This morning Peer Leaders hosted a School Meeting and gave out wristbands in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. Students created a video with Director of Wellness Mrs. Rupley to introduce mental health topics to the school population and then shared why they thought the topic was important to them personally. Belmont Hill is proud of the students and faculty who then stood up to share why talking about mental health is needed. Finally, Ms. Schmunk urged students to come to her any time - either by stopping by her office when the door is open or to send her an email. Ms. Schmunk, along with Middle School counselor, Mrs. Ginsberg, welcome students to contact them to set up a time to get together.
