Every school has people who work behind the scenes to make a difference. At our school, Karen Merrill is one of those people.

Karen takes pride in caring for her school and the students and staff who walk through its doors each day. Her dedication is a great example of the important role custodians play in our schools.

As we celebrate National Custodian Day, take a moment to meet Karen and hear what her work means to her.

Press play to hear from Karen and see why custodians are such an important part of our school communities.
