I hope everyone had a magical first day! It was great to see the kids back today! Here are a few informational items to help things go smoothly as we start the year:
1. PLEASE complete the on-line Back to School forms ASAP. These can be found on the district website. If you need assistance please call the elementary office.
2. Everyday pick-up forms must be completed each year if your child will be a pick-up every day. You can request this form to be sent home or stop in the elementary office to complete it.
3. If your child will be missing school to show animals or exhibits at the fair, please request a vacation form and complete that prior to the absences.
4. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to heat up lunches brought from home in your child’s lunchbox. Please plan accordingly.

The homeroom assignments are posted on the doors of the elementary school! Unfortunately, our phone lines are down again due to the storms that came through yesterday afternoon. If you need to communicate with someone in the elementary office, you will need to do so through email.

Class lists will be posted early next week. We will make another post when they are up. Also, the elementary building is still experiencing issues with our direct phone lines. You can call the Central Office at 740-782-1978 and asked to be transferred to the elementary. We hope to have this issue resolved by early next week. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Thank you!!

Beginning this school year, our team will provide full-time, school-based mental health services to support the students, families, and staff of Union Local.
