RSM Belmont

RSM Belmont The Russian School of Mathematics (RSM) opened in 1997 with a goal of creating a unique after-school mathematics program.

Ranked one of the best schools in the world by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, Russian School of Mathematics helps children of all levels build a solid math foundation and develop their critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Our mission was to build a systematic math education based on the traditions of Russia and Europe and adapted to the needs of American students. Today, we are one of the oldest and most successful after-school programs in the United States. Our graduates have achieved impressive results in school, on standardized tests, in college and beyond. Families of more than 15,000 students across the country trust their children's mathematical education to RSM. Our program has been featured several times in the Boston Globe and appeared in the New York Times - because we are changing the approach and results of math education for America's children.

🤖Based in Cambridge, The Robo Hub is a robotics & AI community hub offering hands-on STEM learning for kids from kindergarten through 8th grade and beyond. - The ability to reason
- The ability to navigate the abstract
- A strong intellectual character, built from persisting through challenging problems

A mathematical mindset not only results in strong math skills, but also self-assured students. Students who are repeatedly shown that their reasoning, understanding, and taste for persistence give them the confidence to solve extremely challenging concepts. 📚
